Exploring unusual cooking methods and introducing guests to new and unexpected flavour combinations, La Dame de Pic London offers a fresh take on Anne-Sophie’s French culinary heritage from four generations of chefs.
The menu included a starter of Berlingots – Pasta parcels with Gruyère and Vacherin cheese Seasonal wild mushrooms, Woodruff, barley and roasted hazelnut consommé or Cornish Crab – Steamed with sobacha and dill panna cotta , Corsican clementine jelly. The main was a choice of Dover Sole – Smoked beetroot rose with grapefruit, Batak pepper and hibiscus émulsion, or Merryfield Farm Duck and Foie Gras , Chervil roots, radish with orange, turmeric and vanilla chutney or Aquarello Risotto – Potimarron squash, saffron and Mimolette. The dessert was The White Millefeuille – Tahitian vanilla cream, jasmine jelly, Voatsiperifery pepper foam
