Robert Walton MBE hosted an exclusive dinner in the Private Media Room at Cut, 45 Park Lane where guests enjoyed a 6 course tasting menu from Francis Mallmann with coffee served by The Nth Degree Club member, Amir Gehl of Difference Coffee.
Francis Mallmann, the revered Argentine celebrity chef, author and restaurateur visited the Private Dining room to meet The Nth Degree Club and explain his six course tasting menu on the special evening.
Guests enjoyed a six course 6 Course Tasting Menu including Smashed crusty Andean potato with smoked butter and caviar, Corn Humita with basil, Plancha avocado with salmon confit, Sweetbread on eggplant Milanese, Slowly roasted rubia gallega rib eye on the bone plus desserts from the river plate.
This was all perfectly complemented by the Cut’s Sommelier’s recommendations of Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve NV Champagne, white wine by Wolfgang Puck, Gruner Veltliner “Loibner Federspiel” by Weingut Pichler 2016, red wine from Quinta do Noval 2014 and Blandy`s 15 Years Malmsey to finish off.
