Hosted by Joe Essa, President and CEO of Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, CUT delivered innovation at every level through it’s unique culinary, service and design combination. The Avery Brooks & Associates designed restaurant features a menu showcasing Wolfgang’s philosophy of offering only the finest selections of beef, cooked simply and presented beautifully.
